Rapid NJ Removal (Matt Korkowski d/b/a Rapid NJ Removal) provides professional junk removal services, including but not limited to:

• Estate and move-out cleanouts
• Yard debris and green waste removal
• Construction debris removal
• Garage and basement cleanup
• Patio and outdoor cleanup

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Appointments and Bookings

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person. We will confirm all appointments via phone call, text message, or email.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to charge a deposit for certain services
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment

Vehicle Drop-Off

When dropping off your vehicle, you agree that we may operate your vehicle as necessary to perform services and test the results. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings before service.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
• Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or extra services
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse service if payment cannot be secured

Service Guarantee and Warranty

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitations

• Some existing damage, stains, or scratches may not be fully removable
• We will assess vehicle condition before service and inform you of limitations
• Warranty terms vary by service type (ceramic coating, paint correction, etc.)
• Specific warranty details will be provided in writing for applicable services

Liability and Indemnification

Our Responsibility

We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. We maintain insurance to cover damages that may occur during the normal course of business. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to your vehicle
• Damage to extremely fragile, deteriorated, or improperly installed components
• Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services
• Acts of God, theft, or vandalism occurring on our premises

Customer Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold Rapid NJ Removal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Vehicle Security

We maintain secure premises and take reasonable precautions to protect vehicles in our care. However, we recommend removing all valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles or for theft or vandalism occurring on or near our premises.
